NauticALLventures Inc. was established in Fort Lauderdale, Florida in 2006. A marine service company owned and run by a Captain and Wife team. This team has worked as professional crew in the industry since 2000.

The Versifloat concept was conceived in 2006. Born out of necessity, the Versifloat was designed by a Captain and tested by crew.

Finding a suitable work platform has always been an issue for crew. Although there are a number of variations of floating docks/platforms available on the market, none of these items has ever really been 100% effective or even practical for that matter; so much so that most individuals in the industry have found it more effective to make their own float out of polystyrene and marine ply (not a very environmentally friendly application).
